1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind every bag we sell.

Each Takeasy bag is handmade in Florence, Italy using full-grain leather, raw suede interiors, and precision stitching. These are not factory-line products — they’re the result of real craftsmanship. And we’re proud to guarantee that.

✅ What’s covered

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers:

• Stitching that unravels or rips at structural seams
• Hardware defects (zippers, buckles, closures, loose rivets)
• Leather or suede flaws present at delivery
• Bag structure or handle separation
• Severe warping that shaping can't fix

In short: if something falls apart because it wasn’t made right — we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

❌ What’s not covered

We do not cover:

• Regular wear and tear
• Scratches, scuffs, or stains from use
• Accidental damage (e.g., spilled coffee, dog bites, etc.)
• Natural grain, creases, and color variation in genuine leather
• The natural scent of leather and processing oils
• Tannery stamps or hide marks on raw suede interiors
• Minor handcrafted variations (size within 1–2 cm, shipping creases)

This is a craftsmanship warranty, not an “anything goes” guarantee. If something feels off, contact us — we’ll always take a fair look.

🛍 Retail vs. wholesale

This warranty applies to retail purchases made directly on takeasy.us — not bags bought through third-party platforms. For wholesale orders, defect claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A photo or video of the issue
• A short note explaining what happened

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
