1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand behind every bag we sell.
Each Takeasy bag is handmade in Florence, Italy using full-grain leather, raw suede interiors, and precision stitching. These are not factory-line products — they’re the result of real craftsmanship. And we’re proud to guarantee that.
✅ What’s covered
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers:
- Stitching that unravels
- Hardware defects (zippers, buckles, closures)
- Leather or suede flaws related to production
- Bag structure or handle separation
In short: if something falls apart because it wasn’t made right — we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
❌ What’s not covered
We do not cover:
- Regular wear and tear
- Scratches or stains from use
- Accidental damage (e.g., spilled coffee, dog bites, etc.)
- Changes in leather color/patina over time (that’s part of the charm)
This is a craftsmanship warranty, not an “anything goes” guarantee. If something feels off, contact us — we’ll always take a fair look.
