Refund policy

We want you to love your TAKEASY bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • For U.S. customers: Return shipping is completely free for all eligible returns  - we provide prepaid labels.
  • For international customers: Return shipping is free only if the item is defective or incorrect. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return:

To request a return for your retail order, please log in to your customer account and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
    • Visit our customer portal and sign in with your email and password
  2. Find your order
    • Navigate to your order history and select the order you'd like to return
  3. Select items to return
    • Choose which items you want to return from your order
  4. Review return details
    • You'll see the estimated refund amount and any applicable fees
  5. Submit your return request
    • Complete the return request and receive your prepaid return shipping label
  6. Print and ship
    • Print the provided return label, package your items securely, and drop off at any authorized shipping location

Return Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive email updates throughout the return process
