Refund policy
We want you to love your TAKEASY bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- For U.S. customers: Return shipping is completely free for all eligible returns - we provide prepaid labels.
- For international customers: Return shipping is free only if the item is defective or incorrect. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return:
To request a return for your retail order, please log in to your customer account and follow these steps:

- Visit our customer portal and sign in with your email and password

Find your order
- Navigate to your order history and select the order you'd like to return

Select items to return
- Choose which items you want to return from your order

Review return details
- You'll see the estimated refund amount and any applicable fees

Submit your return request
- Complete the return request and receive your prepaid return shipping label

Print and ship
- Print the provided return label, package your items securely, and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- You'll receive email updates throughout the return process
