It’s Italian Made but not a typical suede

This is not really suede, does not have the texture of suede, seems more like a type of PVC, much brighter in person. Quality is less than expected going off the descriptions from the seller. Size is medium, but the straps seem thin so not meant to carry anything too heavy.The gold is even brighter than the pictures I took of it.
