I ordered this Italian genuine suede top-handled bag with calf leather trim in a mocha color. It’s a medium-sized handbag that can be carried by the top handles or worn with the included crossbody strap.
The bag has a natural leather scent and does not come across as synthetic, which was my initial concern when ordering online. The suede has a natural, slightly uneven texture, and some areas respond more noticeably to brushing than others, which appears to be part of the material rather than a defect.
After light brushing with a suede brush, there was a small amount of loose fiber and very minimal color transfer. This appears consistent with normal suede behavior, though I will continue to monitor it with use and update if needed.
